Penny is a qualified and current practitioner in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish massage, On-Site Acupressure Massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy, Reiki, Thought Field Therapy and Intuitive Massage.

She has had her own complementary therapy business for 5 years. Prior to this she worked as a Secretary/Administrator for 22 years, in many industries. Penny regularly give talks on Complementary Healthcare to groups, such as PTA Associations, W.I.s and Schools and teaches stress-relieving techniques. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, The Academy of On-Site Massage and also the Professional Association of Clinical Therapists. Penny has her own clinic and work regularly in the Corporate Market and for Social Services.
