Julie McDonald

C.H.Ed. (Dip Nut Th)

Julie is a Nutritional Therapist and Vega Health Screening Operator.

She previously worked as an Independent Financial Adviser for many years in a very stressful environment. Although she had been interested in health and nutrition for many years, she did not realise it would be possible to change careers so easily and how much this would alter her life. Due to a severe period of ill health, Julie started studying nutrition through a long distance learning course, in the hope she might find some answers to improve her health. She was so amazed at the results (she practised all I learnt on herself) that she decided to change career paths.

Through her own healing experiences she now wishes to share her knowledge with others and support them through their own healing pathways.

Julie started studying for her Nutritional Therapy Diploma in 2002 through the Kevala College in Torquay. She qualified in April 2005 with distinction and has nearly finished the advanced diploma which incorporates a range of other useful tools such as iridology (the study of the iris), tongue analysis, nail analysis and muscle testing.

Julie has also undergone training to use the Vega Resonance Testing device, which identifies disturbance fields in the body together with allergies, food intolerances, chemical sensitivities, geopathic stress etc.

Julie now combines the above two therapies which help her to find the root cause of dis-ease and assist her in designing an individual treatment plan. Such a plan will include a range of recommendations including appropriate dietary changes, supplements, flower remedies, naturopathic techniques and much more. However, she can provide a nutritional consultation excluding the Vega Testing if preferred.

Julie has a busy practise, which she runs from her home in Crowborough, East Sussex.
