The techniques she uses ensure that problems are resolved and eliminated rather than managed thereby permanently freeing the individual to reach their full potential.

As her expertise lies in problem-solving, a growing area of Fiona’s work is in the relationships between people and especially in resolving issues that arise either in the workplace or in their personal lives. This type of mediation transforms the relationship thereby allowing both parties to perform better in that specific area of their lives.

Her own experience of management as head of a department for many years, along with expertise acquired by supporting others in the workplace has given Fiona in insight into how best to approach each situation to ensure that the concerns of others are dealt with and that their needs are met in the most advantageous way ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all concerned.

Having delivered many training programmes, Fiona has a vast experience of developing training materials and presenting to many different groups and of providing continuing support while new strategies are implemented in the workplace. Over the years, Fiona has treated clients for and delivered training for a number of organizations including SCOTVEC, Grampian Region, Highland Region, the National Phobic Society, Just Learning Ltd. and Cambridgeshire County Council.
